Daniel-J Crisafi holds a master’s degree in science and a PhD in biochemistry, with a nutritional biochemistry specialization. He has also specialized in nutratherapy and phytotherapy. He is the author of several books, including Candida albicans and Les Superaliments, and has been editor-in-chief of Health ’N Vitality and vice-president of the École d’Enseignement Supérieur de Naturopathie du Québec. Daniel Crisafi has also taught at the Association des Médecins Endocrinologues du Québec and was on the committee of the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy.
Mr. Crisafi has over twenty years of clinical experience and recently received the Canadian Health Food Association’s Lifetime Achievement award.

The British Allergy Foundation has suggested that close to half the North American population may have a food hypersensitivity or intolerance. Scientists are now demonstrating a relationship between type III food allergies and many health conditions including obesity, chronic fatigue and skin disease. This can lead to serious consequences for the quality of the skin, epidermis, complexion and general well-being. These findings may explain why even the best products and treatments may be ineffective in achieving visible and lasting results with certain clients or patients.

Principles of internal ecology :

Food intolerance :

- How to identify the problem with precision.
- Helping and counselling the patient; following-up on results.
- Prevention
The intestines, a second brain!
- Role of vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.

Day 2 :

Nutrition
- Demystifying nutrition.
- Differences in diets.
- Anti-stress nutrition.
- Losing weight, getting rid of fat.
The well-being plan
- Developing and implementing a complete well-being plan.
